Nigerian singer Skiibii has weighed in on recent family disputes being aired publicly by Big Brother Naija personalities. He criticized the trend as clout chasing.
In an X post, Skiibii reacted to BBNaija winner Phyna’s recent back and forth with her father and ex-housemate Kess’s marital issues surfacing online.
“It’s clout chasing to bring your family issues to the internet,” Skiibii stated, arguing celebrities are exposing private matters for publicity.

The “God Is Good” singer contended that family conflicts should be resolved offline no matter one’s public profile. He believes anything stated publicly is fair game for scrutiny.
Skiibii advised fellow entertainers to avoid oversharing personal problems online regardless of provocation. He emphasized solving issues maturely and keeping family bonds intact.
