This is the unfortunate situation that many African Women have gone through.
Via a series of monologues, TheVimbai.Com is raising awareness about modern-day slavery, by sharing the real-life stories of African women who have survived human trafficking.
The first episode in the series is narrated by star actress, Michelle Dede, who gives a heartfelt monologue detailing the harrowing story of Cameroonian survivor, Awah Francesca.
