Stars align at the launch of Priority Global Konnect (PGK)

PGK is the fresh new face in the Nigerian digital media landscape. The company began operations in 2017 building content for its online media platforms such as Priority Radio and Priority TV both hosted on the PGK app available on Android and IOS. In an increasingly crowded landscape of media content, PGK stands out as futuristic in it’s approach to digital media content with a nod to the cutting edge documentary video format.

In line with the company’s corporate ethos, guests were teased with live music from Salt of The Earth band as a prelude to the night of lights. Guests were ushered to the highly anticipated futuristic disco nights of silent glowing headsets, a dark room and multi screens displaying all PGKs’ finest entertainment content across its’ radio and television platforms.
The Priority Radio platform is home to Nigeria’s finest music talents. To celebrate Nigeria’s home grown talent, PGK launched ‘Unsung Artist’ a platform created to discover and nurture unknown artists. The winner takes home N1 million in cash and gift prizes. The first edition of Unsung Artist launched on October 2018 and the top three winners went home with cash prizes, artist branding and world class studio recording sessions.

The exclusive official launch of PGK was held at Chateau de Atlantique in Victoria Island. The futuristic themed event hosted Nigeria’s A list celebrities, media and top management in corporate Nigeria with performances from PGK All Stars, Kenny Wonder, Mr Raw, Humblesmith, DJ Bobby, Salt of The Earth and a special appearance by award winning artist Runtown.
