Installation:

– Disable the Internet: Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> right-click the network connection icon -> disable
– Install Cubase Elements 8, 8.0.35 update, VST-tools (the whole list, or selectively, as you like), sound sets for VSTi (if they are needed), make the first run (to create a license).
– Close all programs.
– Turn on And-no.
– We return the current date.
– Enjoy the Cube and plug-ins for at least 30 years)))

If it does not work, we do this:
1) We completely uninstall the cubes
2) install from here the latest elicenser 
3) at the command line from the administrator we drive this:
Del / F / Q “C: \ ProgramData \ Syncrosoft \ SeLicenser.sel
Call “C: \ Program Files (x86) \ eLicenser \ POS \ SYNSOPOS.exe” / regsel
Del / Q / F “C: \ ProgramData \ eLicenser \ Logs”
Call “C: \ Program Files (x86) \ eLicenser \ eLCC \ eLCC.exe” -localsoftlicensedownload 02407CIQBQKDEJQQZWTTBL0015A28BA1
4) then rewind the date forward for a year or two.
5) disable internet
6) install the cubase
7) try to open the elicenser – we see in it appeared a new license cubase.
8) unwind the date we run the cube
What is the difference? The difference is that now you have an elicenser before installing the cubase. It is because of this trifle that the trial license for the installation of cubase did not appear and there was an error

OR

1. We translate time forward
2. Disconnect the Internet through the control panel
3. Install Cubase Elements 8, then 8.0.35 update
4. Do not start anything.
5. Turn on and off and return the current date
6. Run the cube
