The Doping officer of the Confederation of Africa Football ( CAF), Joseph Kabungo has been reported dead in Abuja.

The Zambian who served as the CAF/FIFA official for the second leg game between Nigeria and Ghana at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja. According to reports, Kabungo lost consciousness after angry Nigeria fans invaded the field and best him up following their team's failure to qualify for the World Cup.
The deceased is the first Zambian to sit on the FIFA Medical Committee. There are reports from various sources that Nigeria will receive a heavy fine from the World governing football body, FIFA when the reports of the game is reviewed.
Ghana joins Cameroon, Morocco, Tunisia and Senegal as Africa's representatives for the World Cup that will be hosted in Qatar later in the year.
