Cristiano Ronaldo wrote his name into the history books of Manchester United when the Red Devils beat Brighton 2-0 at Old Trafford.

The Portuguese scored the opening goal of the game after a frustrating night for the Red Devils. Ronaldo took his Premier League goal tally for United to 93 goals equalling the club's legend, Andy Cole 93 goal record for the Red Devils.
Ronaldo has been a six-match goal drought before the game against Brighton. He took his total goal tally to 804 goals across all competitions. Bruno Fernandez Fernandes scored the second goal of the game after connecting to a pass from Paul Pogba.
The victory took Manchester United to fourth place in the Premier League table behind third place Chelsea.
