Wizkid’s third baby mama and manager, Jada threw shade while revealing the obstacle Wizkid might face in winning the 2021 BET award.
Recall, we earlier reported that Wizkid and Burna boy was nominated for the Best International Act at the 2021 BET Awards. The duo were the only Nigerian artists nominated under the category with 6 others artists from UK, France, Jamaica, and Tanzania.
You would also recall that Wizkid won Best International Act in 2017, Davido in 2018, and Burna boy won the award in 2019 and 2020. Though all the winners from various categories of the BET award will be announced on the 27th of June, music lovers have taken to social media to rep their faves and predict the winner of the Best International Act award this year.
Following the hype of the BET Awards, Jada took to her Twitter account to voice out her thoughts about Wizkid winning the award. According to her, the only thing that could mess up Wizkid’s chances of winning the award this year will be society. She indirectly threw shade at Burna Boy as she implied the society might be enticed to vote for him and not her talent and the father of her son, Zion.
