“They are after my life”: Governor Wike responds to Army’s Allegations

Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike alleged that the Nigerian Army is after his life.

Wike made the allegation in a counter response to allegations that he tried to compromise the presidential and national assembly elections in the state by the 6 Division of the army.

The governor explained that he has petitioned the international community over the alleged atrocities of the army in the state.

Deputy director, army public relations in the division, Col. Aminu Iliyasu had earlier told pressmen that they apprehended a state government official for alleged election misconduct.
