Punch is reporting that some results sheets for the Presidential and National Assembly elections meant for Imo State were found to be missing by INEC.
The result sheets were discovered in Gombe and Ondo states, the report said.
The reported added that in Ibadan, some result sheets meant for Kano State was found among the materials sent to the state.
Also in Kwara State, result sheets meant for the state were mistakenly taken to Abuja, Punch said.
Similarly, some meant for Lagos were mistakenly delivered in Kwara. Some of Lagos result sheets were also taken to Nasarawa State.
